Dr. Welch is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 7 years of diverse clinical experience in agency, university, and private group practice settings. Her clients present with concerns related to life transitions, such as marriage, divorce, loss, parenthood, and career changes. She also has experience working with presenting problems related to anxiety and identity.

Dr. Welch is a part-time instructor and has served as an undergraduate instructor at Florida State and a graduate instructor in the online MFT program at Syracuse University.

Dr. Welch believes in meeting each of her clients with a personalized approach. Her training as an Integrative Systemic Therapist allows her to customize each client’s treatment plan using tools from various therapeutic modalities.

Dr. Welch completed her M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Northwestern University before completing her Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Florida State University.
